Absolutely horrible service. This is the 1st time in my life that I left NO tip! My husband and I ordered 2 pizzas, one was wrong and after 20 min of waiting for the correct one my husband went up to the front desk area because our server never even came back to the table, turns out the server didn't even tell the cook to make a new one (he's also forgot our dipping sauce and drinks). Super unorganized and disappointed in Pizza Hut in which we usually go to in other towns and cities and never have an experience like this. I also couldn't believe they allow peoples children run around the restaurant like it was a playground. We will not be back again.

I shouldn't have even paid for this garbage. I opened the pizza box and it looked like an uncooked loaf of bread with measles. Was obviously cooked about 10-14 hours before I got it. Should be embarrassed.
