  Dissappointing Customer Service! Tonight my son and I thought we'd experience the new look of the theater. We are new to North Battleford and have only lived here a couple months. When we walked in the woman at the ticket counter was helping some people and we were next in line. As the people in front of me left the woman at the counter shut the till and told me "I'd sell you a ticket but I'm going to help those people (the ones in front of me). There was an attendant at the doorway into the theater that could've helped the people. So the woman at the ticket counter left the counter and told me to "stand in line at the concession". My son and I weren't planning to have concession but I thought maybe they could sell me a ticket there (since I've never been here before and I didn't know the operations) so I got in line. The woman came back from inside the theater and then proceeded to visit for a lengthy time with people in the concession line leaving the ticket counter unattended. More people started to enter the lobby to purchase tickets. The woman approached me and said "I'd sell you a ticket but then you'll lose your place in line at concession" I replied "I don't want concession." So I followed her back to the front to the ticket counter, she then proceeded to serve tickets to other people who came in after me and expected me to get in the back of the ticket line. I chose to leave as all the good seats were going to be taken before it got to my turn as I could see on the seat screen on the till. I decided to leave as the customer service is obviously not a priority. My son was disappointed, he's six and he asked me "how come all those people got to be ahead of us when we were there first." Very disappointing.

  More effort should be made by management to address the very apparent problems experienced by customers. This movie theatre is taking away from business in the community as the majority of people drive to Saskatoon to view shows. After the movie they go out eat/shop/fuel. This theatre has potential and was once a very enjoyable establishment. The current bare minimum attitude that is reflected through the services are at the very least a disappointment to members of this community. If management is incapable/ unable to provide a decent service perhaps it's time to let someone else put in the effort.

  Outdated - but at least an option. You can sometimes hear the sound from the other movie next door. Seating is awful.
